Hi guys

We had over the weekend the following error "Front Fan Power Shutdown", when i checked the box on monday the system looked dead and out no light nothing, I hard booted the system using the key switch to off and on, to my suprise after 15-20 minutes the system is back up and running, can anyone out there have any idea why this "Front Fan Power Shutdown" happened and also the time and date displays the date and time of the crash not the actual date/time.

Plesae advise.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure about the date time, have you had a fan failure ?
I would suggest logging a call with your HW support guys to see what comes up.

Never seen that error, can only assume it is a fault.

Martin,

No fan failure, after i've hard booted the system is back as normal, we did log a Call, they told us to keep an eye on the syslog and see what happened !
I just wanted to know if anyone out there had a similar issue.

Thanks
