HP Jetdirect + Epson Stylus Photo 1200 + MAC

Hi I have set-up a jetdirect device with a Epson Stylus Photo 1200 printer attached, all is well and I can print to it from Win9x machines on the Network.

The apple mac driver assumes it is directly connected and will not allow appletalk to be running - so what driver should I use?

If I select the laserwriter 8, I get B/W prints ?

Anyone know how this should be done,
