Hp Jetdirect 500x - Admin password reset 1

Hello!

I've got to network a hp2100 printer and i've managed to find an old 500x box to use, however, I can't change the static IP address as the box is passworded and I don't know what it is as I wasn't here when it was setup!

Does anyone know how to reset the admin password without the old admin password or do a hard reset on the box? There's no battery backup inside the box so is there another way?

Press and hold the test button for approx. 15 seconds when powering on the JetDirect should reset it back to factory defaults.
