Hi,

I have setup HP Jet Admin 8 to send alerts from printers in my work.

Some work, however, some don't.

the log is saying "Invalid Credentials .......Get Community Name ...........Generic EWS Set/Get" is the problem (with the printers that don't work.

Anyone any ideas what this means?? i haven't set a community name on any printers.

Thanks

You need to set all your printers to the same community name and then tell JA to use that community name. If all you're doing is getting alerts, you will only need read access.

Welcome to SNMP.
