Does anyone know of an escape sequence to print the font list? I have an hp2100 and the limited menu does not allow for the printing of the fonts list and the manual says to use fontsmart which looks to not be available anymore.

Thanks,

Jimmy

The following may work (but don't ask me why!):

<Esc>%-12345X
@PJL COMMENT Print PCL Font List<CR><LF>
@PJL DMINFO ASCIIHEX = "040004010105020402015E"<CR><LF>
<Esc>%-12345X

where:
<Esc> represents the escape character (0x1b)
<CR> represents the CarriageReturn character (0x0d)
<LF> represents the LineFeed character (0x0a)

and the ends of lines in the above have no significance other than to make the commands clearer (i.e. do NOT insert EXTRA line feeds etc. at the line ends in the above).

It works when sent to a LJ4200; let us know if it works with your 2100.

Awesome it worked!!!

Thanks,
