HP EVA 5000 & Solaris

We are having HP EVA 5000 and all the disks are of 36Gb (30 disks). We have created diskgroups and assigned all the disks to different diskgroups. Now we planned to upgrade all the 36GB to 144 GB. We have connected most of the solaris servers running veritas volume manager. Please advise me the best way to upgrade those disks.
