HP DLT vs80 - any comments?

So it seems to me that my old tape device (HP Travan T20) is dead now I've decided to buy a new one. I think I'll buy HP DLT vs80 external and use Veritas BE 8.6
Does anybody use this tape and can tell me if there are problems or difficulties with this device?

I've been using it for a month, so I don't have a whole lot of experience with it....but so far no problems. I'm not using Veritas with it. I'm backing up a small Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database using the native SQL Server backup method.
