HP DL380 G4 can handle this?

Can i configure this on this server?

3 HD x 72.8 SCSI RAID5 and then
2 x 146.8GB no RAID just to save data into then backup hardrives?

Can i do this? or Does it need to be the same size? and can i also have 15.000 rpm disks on the first Raid and then 10.000 on an other Raid configuration like RAID1?
