HP Digital Sender Scanner Help

I know that this is a printers forum, but I can't find any forum for HP Digital Scanners and I desperately need a solution to this. I need to export the address book as we're chaning our domain name, but I can only find an import option, no export option. Yet when I look parts of the help is says be sure to back up the address book before doing XYZ - surely if you can back it up you can export it some how.

I'd be so greatful if somebody could help

now is this a software that used by the HP scanner and stores the address book ?

not sure exactly what you are asking in terms of scanner

please include the model number, and software name and version, maybe we can go to HP web site help you look up

have you contact HP about this also ?
