ERROR message when attempting to install 940c software:
"Hewlett-Packard Printer Assistant Browser has encountered a problem and needs to close."
WITHOUT the 940C software (Toolbox); I canNOT, align printer heads, clean printer heads OR--- check ink level. :-(
OS: W-XP Pro SP2
Port: USB--- 2.0 on both.
Any resolution? If not: a standalone program that will accomplish this?
