I have an HP deskjet 870cse inkjet printer. When I open an Adobe Acrobat pdf file and try to print multiple copies of the same document, the option to specify multiple copies is grayed out. I can print one copy of the document, but have to repeat the print commands to print each successive copy. I have a windows ME computer. I can print multiple copies of documents from any other programs -- word, excel, access, etc. simply putting the desired number of copies. But with a pdf file, the number of copies to print box displays the number 1 and is grayed out so that it cannot be change.
