Have a Gateway Solo 2500 SE (333 MHz Celeron w/64 MB RAM) and a HP 540 printer. I have been able to print using color in the past, and earlier today ran a test page, diagnostic test and pen cartridge cleaning tests, and all apparently were OK. (They all printed w/color.) When I go to print a Word 97 document, with the red color as part of the type fonts (most are black), my document prints in a green color. I have used the options of automatic and color graphics, but the default appears to always be black text.
How can I get the printer to print what the page appears as?
Thanks,
David
