I have an HP Deskjet 3320 that won't print black. There is plenty of ink in the cartridge and it comes out when I test it. I just bought a refill kit, thinking maybe it would solve the problem but it didn't. I think it may be the jet itself- is there an easy way to clean it? Or any suggestions on what else it might be?

the "jet" is on the cartridge... I'd buy a new one.. refills are for people that like to cause IT headaches..

how did you "test it

To test it, I set it on a damp paper towel and the ink came out- then I took the sticker off the top and blew thru it (that's what it said to do in the refill instructions). When I did that, the ink came out really good. I can't afford to get a new one- I'm on disability- that's why I bought a refill kit!!
