Is there a known issue with the HP 1220c printer having a problem with power up. This is second one with same symptoms and power supply fuses (three)are all good.What is it that will fail and not fry these fuses? Both printers failed within the last two years and are powered by UPS sytems with line conditioning. We do have brownouts though.I do not have schematic for the power supply to test output correctly.

HP Deskjet 1220c will not power up

I've seen the same problem a couple of times and it's always a case of send the printer back to the suppliers. I've checked the HP website but can't find anything useful.
