I guess that the power supply module is duff
it is a switch mode type with only one output
+10 volts or so, (i have never measured it)
this powerers the other board where the driver chip
for the 3 stepper motors are..the logic may run on 10v
it may be worth a look at the connections underneath
as the mains connector may have been "Wrenched" sideways
also check that the legs and tracks are intact......
