Ok here is the run down, I installed new ink into the printer and everything is working fine. I went throught the test page and all that good stuff to make sure the color was working and the black was black. Well for some reason when I try to print anything from anywhere other than the test page the color ink is not working. I just put this brand new ink in, and it works on test page everytime. If any one could help me with this it would be great.
