Hello,

I got a used HP DesignJet 815 scanner/printer. When the technician came to install it he said that i require a calibration sheet in order to calibrate the scanner. It is a physical sheet with some patterns on it that calibrates the machine. I couldn't find anything on the internet like this.

Basically what happens is that when i scan anything the lines are not aligned together and according to the tech it needs re-calibration.

Anybody has any idea where do i get such a calibration sheet and what do i need to install and calibrate the scanner?

Thanks,
Haytham

The device should have it in the service menu to print out.
Then feed it in to calibrate.
