HP DesignJet 800 freezing error

Hi All,

I have an HP DesignJet 800 (C7780B) plotter on my network. It is running a jetdirect J6057A with firmware R.25.09.

We can print to it no problem. However if we try to send 2 or more prints then it gets the 2nd print 'stuck' in the memory of the printer and falls over, the only way to fix is to turn printer off and start again.

Any ideas what might be causing this and how to fix it?
