HP designjet 10 ps is installed properly, all color cartridges are at ok status. Persistant color mismatch problem seems to appear when printing on default printer: 10ps RIP - BLUE ISNT BLUE! its magenta, very dark magenta. Ive done color calibration, manual adjusting of color curves, loaded various color profiles - nothing helped!

Easiest way to explain this: when in MS Word and setting font text to Blue, i get really bad magenta on paper. Any ideas or usefull information?

sounds like a printhead problem

I dont think its a printhead problem. Ive also installed antoher printer= hp designjet 10 ps by HP and all its colors are clearly and authentically printed!! Blue is blue!
I assume there's got to be an error in RIP program by HP (v 2.1)?
This second printer i installed prints fine, but it doesnt work with AutoCAD properly so i've got to use HP 10 ps RIP.. I've tried to reinstall RIP , unplug the printer, etc..nothing helped. Further help welcome :)
