I have a HP Netserver LC II running OS Netware4.11 & Arcserve 6.1. When i run the diags on boot up it recognises the tape drive on SCSI ID 6 ok. Load up OS and Arcserve if i go to Tape server managemant i can run the standard and full test without any problems. I encounter a problem of time out when i have scheduled a back-up job utilising AUTOPILOT. The ArcServe system unloads the ANTI-Virus and then after 10mins loads the Anit-Virus which i suspect is causing the problem. The result is backup fails error being E0015 if i check the logs it is shown as time out !!!.<br><br>Has anyone experienced this if so please advise.<br><br>Regards <br><br>Garth
