HP CP4525 Printer

I have an HP CP4525 printer on my network. I keep having problems with the tray setting itself to tray 1 for the default. I think it happens when a user printes labels or something else the requires a manual feed. When I think I fixed the paper handling it for whatever reason changes back to the manual tray (tray 1).

How do I force tray 2 to be the default and allow users to use the manual feed tray for labels etc.

any help would be appreciated.
