Good Morning, I am in need of help fixing a display issue with a HP cp1700. I was no longer able to read the display, so like many others purchased a new display assembly. Apon installing the display I am pretty much having the same issues. I have notices on the new one theres a lot of lines not being filled. Would this be a controller card issue, or cable? Theres a data cable and a power cable that connects to the display. Is there any test that would fill all the lines in the display? Any help would be great thanks!
