HP Color LaserJet Printer 5500n streaked with vertical lines

When printing anything, there are about 4 or 5 vertical red colored lines. Have switched out all four cartridges to no avail. All appears very clean inside almost new printer.
 
Did the lines appear in the same spot on both the old and new cartridges? Usually, that is a cartridge issue (where the "wiper" in the cartridge has a bit of debris or a crack in it). The other thing you can look at is the fuser rollers. Remove the fuser and rotate it to examine the rollers.

If if were dropping out colors, I would suspect the transfer roller, but since it's leaving lines on the paper, it sounds more like a cartridge.
