I have a customer with a HP Color laserjet 4600 which has magneta toner on the back side of prints intermittently. It usually appears as a band or bands of magneta toner. They have replaced the magneta toner and we replaced the HVPS and cleaned the contacts. It still shows up intermitently. Any help would be appreciated.
