Hp Color Laserjet 4550, Colors fading, changing

Hi There,

We have a HP Color Laserjet 4550 which has started printing approximately 1 in 5 pages with faded or changed colors.

I have checked toner levels and they are fine. I have also taken out the toner and cleaned the printer but still no change.

The unusual thing is it prints most of the color prints correctly and will then print a page lacking the correct colors or faded colors. Please help.

Have you had the printer serviced recently? I would be inclined to get it checked out by a professional.
