HP CLJ3530 MFP Not printing Black

Got a problem with this printer. It does not print black or cyan at all and the internal diagnostics page comes out blank, the indivdual PQ pages come out on the yellow and Magenta paths only.

The toner cartridges are brand new. The OTB is in generally good shape.

Any ideas?
