HP C5180 stopped printing

User has an HP c5180 all-in-one. The has begun erroring out on print job. No specific error message has been displayed. Jobs do not ever make it to the queue.

We have reloaded drivers. The computer recognizez the printer is there. The scanner is functioning normally.

Any idea were to look next.

Your assitance is appreciated.

How is it connected? USB? Network?

Is it doing ANYTHING when you print to it? Making any noise? Does it print properly from another computer?

I guess what I'm saying is; the more information, the better answer you'll get. :)
