Hi there, new to this forum.
Can anyone tell me why it is that when I load my printer everything works fine but if i load the solution centre which you need to run the scanner etc the machine becomes sluggish and it takes about 90 seconds for the system to boot and probably about the same for the machine to shut down.
Can anyone tell me why this is and how this can be rectified if at all. You need the solution centre to run the multifunctions of the machine but then it just really slows everything down. Drives me mad...
My machine is an Acer aspire running windows xp pro sp3 with 1md ram.
I hope someone can help. tell me how this can be solved or whether this is just the way it is....
