We are having a problem with a HP Business Inkjet 2300N, in the last 6 weeks it has requested for the yellow print head to be changed. We have done this and then it has worked all ok for a week or so.
The yellow cartridge hasn't been changed in this time, could it be that the cartrige is faulty and causing a print head problem?
Any advice, has anyone else had the same problem?
We did have a similar problem a number of years ago with a HP Deskjet 2000C where there was a known problem with the print head carriage, some bit of plastic used to snap off.
