HP Business Inkjet 2230 Printer Error 0461

Hi
One of my customers has a HP Business Inkjet 2230 Printer they have a Error code of 0461. I have checked the HP site, which is not much help (HARDWARE FAULT), I wondered if anyone has had this one before.
