HP business inkjet 2200 load paper issues

I'm not sure if this will help, but I had a very similar
problem with a Canon Printer it was asking for "load paper", and as a result I couldn't print, eventhough it had paper and was online, I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver , but no luck, we were using a standard tcp/ip printer port so when I deleted and recreated the port it worked fine, As I say I am not an expert but I thought I would share my own experience
