HP Blade server

I installed server 2003 on a blade server. The user then realised that he needs server 2000. How do I change the OS.
The blade does not have internal disks..everything is on the SAN. Basically my san administrator assigned me a 10 gig lun (c :drive). I then pushed the OS from the deployment server.
