HP Blade Server Issue

We have a new HP Blade Server with 2003 running.

The C: drive is a small 18G drive normally has about 9G on it. For some reason it blows up over night or over the weekend. I cannot find why it is filling up. Then you reboot the server and it clears it up. Please help!!
