Please can someone advise me. I've printed a picture from a greyscale image and the output has a distinct color cast of a deep emerald green.

All output settings were set to greyscale using black ink from Adobe Photoshop, HP deskjet 970Cxi and original cartridges on HP Premium Plus paper.

Any comments or advice appreciated.

iPaul,

had the same problem with a 932c. In my case it proved to be the paper. Tried different brands and all had some sort of colour cast when printing greyscale. All that is except Ilford Inkjet papers. You might give that a try.
