HP 970: How to disable self-test with new cartdridge

Hi,
Every time I change one of the cartdridges, my 970 Cxi prints a laborious test page which takes a lot of ink in all colors!
I found this is completely unnecessary. I'd rather start printing my next document without this.
How to disable this feature?
