Have installed/unistalled software many times
from both the enclosed CD and also the downloadable version from HP's web site. Have changed printer cable. Still get this supposedly (?) FALSE error message ... "Black Print Cartridge Incorrectly Installed".
But the printer goes ahead and prints the page anyways. The CD software error message included only one box - "Cancel". The software that was downloaded included two boxes in the error message, "OK" and "Cancel".
What is going on? Just bought-can return. Store says this happens all the time and to just re-install.
