I'm attempting to install HP930C via USB connecttion to a Winbook Laptop running WIN 98. Installation proceeds until Adding Printer screen in the HP software results in hour glass with progress bar remaining blank. Pressing cntrl-alt-del shows infui not responding. Any suggestions?

Do other usb devices work? Any yellow/red flags in device manager? Are the usb drivers loaded properly? Have you loaded the software first, then plugged in the device when done (you may want to uninstall any listings in add/remove programs first)
