HP 9000 MFP - Password 1

Could someone please let me know how you can force a HP9000 MFP Printer to reset to factory defaults, except through jetadmin?

Someone has password protected one and no one knows what it is so we cannot do anything with it!

Is there any kind of reset button on the top or back of the machine?

The 9000mfp shows up about a third of the way down the page.
