The HP K class supports fibre channel. HPUX 10.2 or 11 will support Fibre channel as well. The HBA recommended is a A5158A for Point to Point Fabric Topology and the A3404A in Arbitrated Loop.
You will also need to look at the disk venders interoperability matrix to make sure they will support your machine and OS for SAN.
