Hi,

We use Windows 2000, with Japanese enabled IME, and have added the Japanese Trajan font to the OS. Our network printers are HP 8100 DNs. Majority of the time Japanese users can create, view, and print Office 2000 files (also Japanese enabled) in full Japanese without a problem.

Currently, and intermittently, we have a problem with a file. Specifically, when a Japanese user tries to print something, any Trajan font text will not be printed. When an Admin user attempts to print the SAME FILE, everything prints out fine. Seems to me like an obvious permissions issue, but where? All help would be much appreciated.
