HP 8100 Digital Sender

We have a digital sender that sends an email. It has a specific message attached which says the company name etc. Our organisation has just recently changed name and we can't find where to change this. We have gone through all settings etc on the digital sender but so far have not been able to find it.

Any ideas?

On the drivers CD for the Digital Sender module there should be some HP configuration utility software.
