hp 5si envelope feeder

Hello Gang.

I have an issue with an hp5si laserjet with an envelope feeder.

When users go to print an envelope, the job is sent to the printer, but user intervention is required.

The phsyical printer requires manual entry of tray and papertype for the job to start. It then runs fine. It asks to load envelope in tray one (the envelope feeder is tray 3) and then I have to select "Print on envelope com 10" to get the job to finish.

I have checked the tray settings on the physical printer, and all appears to be OK in the logical print driver as well.

This did work at one time, but since I am taking over the account, I have no idea what change was made to stop functionality.

What about the tray setups for the printer in the printer folder on the print server or the individual pc's ?
