HP 540 cartridge carrier repair

on my hP 540 deskjet, the part the cartridge rests on when not in use, is not fitting properly. One support clip was broken off when another repair was attempted. Noe, the ink dries on the cartridge head over night or after a few hours and we must wet the head to restore it. can this aparatus be replaced ? how and where ? we are in China, small town...limited resources.
