Hi, I currently use the printer to print from different applications. When I open one of those applications and then print for the first time it stays that way for the rest of the day (as long as the application is open) but then it reverts back to letter which is what is set as in the device settings under "printer auto select" in the form to tray assignment option in the printer properties. Can it be set that for this application it is always ledger?.
For Microsoft Word I would like it to be set as when I print something it will always use letter double sided.
So pretty much I want to have different default paper sizes for different applications. I do not want to keep specifying the size that I want.
oh by the way an the printer automatically print the name of person printing and the date? too many poeple are printing stuff that they never pickup! Thanks
