Customer prints one page to the printer (networked). Printer will print that one page plus two or three blank pages. This happens for all users, no matter what programs they are running. any ideas ???

Probably defective ITB...if fairly new, should be able to get under warranty.

Check printer properties on PC for separator page.
Also on printer menu you can make changes.
You can pull the NIC, and reset defaults on unit.
