Printer says 13.0 paper jam error but there is no paper jam. I have replaced transfer kit, drum kit, and fuser. Thoroughly cleaned the printer and it will give this error every time 1 sheet prints. Is there some kind of sensor that is bad or what?
I had the same problem with an HP 4000n once. Basically I had to open up the printer and literally remove plenty of hardware to finally find a little piece of paper stuck between the rollers.
Beleive or not, I never thought something like this would cause the whole printer to jam, but once removed a paper of the size of my pinky, it solved the problem.
I would suggest you open the printer up and take a look closely, an air can helps to blow out any scrap paper or dust, if you still can't find anything, you surely have a bad sensor
Sounds as if this may be a problem with worn rollers in the printer causing this issue,
I suggest seperation roller, feed roller, and 4 pickup rollers to solve the problem.
(these will be fitted by a HP engineer for free if the printer is under warranty, parts will be free too).
If not the parts will be cheap enough to replace
