HP 4250n tray issue

I've got a hp 4250n and when I print, it goes to tray 1 (fold out). I want it to print in tray 2 (drawer) by default. I can change it in individual programs, but that doesn't cut it because I use multiple programs. I scoured all of the settings in the lcd menu, but couldn't find anything that would make it work. Any help would be good! Thanks!

Print out the config setup.
Does tray 1 say use first ? Check the options for tray 1.

HP printer settings are always over-ridden by network program settings and many users think tray 1 is the first in the bank ( usually headed paper) not the by-pass tray. Send 'em an e.mail so they know.
