Your question is a little odd, and I don't understand it. What do you mean, reload an OS to an HP4200. OS usually refers to a PC. What is the problem, and what is it that you are looking to accomplish?

This error means that the printer was unable to detect the firmware. HP's recommended troubleshooting for this error is to:
1. Reseat the Firmware DIMM, in slot J1 on the Formatter.
2. Replace the Firmware DIMM.
3. Replace the Formatter Board.
