We have quite a weird problem. We have a Word document created by someone who has a default printer of HP4050. The new user prints the Word document on the HP4100 using the icon on the Word menu and towards the bottom of the page - "part" of the line is missing (bottom half of letters show).
If they print it from the File - Print - menu it prints out correctly.
We have downloaded new drivers and can reproduce this whenever.
This may be more of a Word problem but thought I would try here.
