Hello all, I am new to the site so bear with me... I just started as a new net. admin for a local company. they have hp 4050 printers with HP external print servers attached to them. problem is everyone is printing to different trays, and you choose tray 1 but it prints to tray 2, etc.. It is driving me crazy! I have either 3 or trays, and an envelope feeder... plain in tray 2 and bond in tray 3. Can someone help me get these working again?

HP 4050 problems

Define on the printer what paper type and size is in what tray. In the driver on the server, set the trayselection to autoconfigure and the papertype and size to unspecified and autoselect. The client should then select papertype instead of tray when printing.
